As a campus recruiter, we will rely on you to use your entrepreneurial talents to map your recruiting strategy across many campuses. You will network and develop leads with campus leaders, faculty, administrators and career centers, give group presentations, connect with students, and develop referrals from your hires. Your initiative, competitive spirit, drive to attract and engage top talent, and impeccable follow-through after each recruiting event will be essential to your success as you develop and grow Gallup’s on-campus presence in your territory.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least one year of sales, recruiting or fundraising experience required
- During peak campus recruiting season, up to 60% travel required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, really, Handshake and Taleo preferred
- Experience using applicant tracking systems beneficial
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
